Refund policy

At kpods, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return and Replacement Eligibility

We accept return and replacement under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Damaged or Wrong Products :- If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product: Please share parcel unboxing video or photo proof within 24–48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement as per your preference.
  • Without Unboxing Video NO Return and Replacement Complaint Will Be Accepted 
  • The product is returned with original box, tags and packaging.

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 days.
  • Your replaced or exchanged product will be delivered within 7 days.
  • A return request is raised within 2 days of delivery

  • Unboxing videos must be from the first-time opening of the parcel. Reopened or repacked items will not be considered.
  • The video must clearly show the shipping label with your name and address.

Items such as beauty products, gift ,customized products, and clearance sale items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

  • Notify you via email/WhatsApp regarding the status of your return.

  • If approved, initiate a refund to your original payment method (credit card, wallet, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Please share parcel unboxing video or photo proof within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • We will offer a replacement as per your preference.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched . Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Refunds for prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be Credited within 3–5 business days.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • In most cases, we arrange reverse pickup.

  • In Case Of a return and Exchange ,the Shipping Cost is Chargeable Up to 150/-Rs
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product. We will reimburse standard courier charges (with a valid receipt).
